Letter from Aminata Nanko: “A letter to my daddy about why our school is closed”

Dear father,

                   Am so happy you asked me about our school lockdown. I hope this letter will find you in good condition?,  And I hope everything is going well with you?.

Dad , there is one big reason why our school is closed .

Firstly, our school is also part of other schools who are currently on lockdown because of this deadly virus called corona.

For corona it travel from person to person among those in close contact. Therefore for students to be safe and protected , then our school need to be closed and so happy for that because protecting life or health is the first thing in life .

In addition, if our school is not , I might even be the next corona patience nobody knows.

That’s why our brilliant teachers and the mistress see it necessary to close the school.

In conclusion, as the minister of basic education said, schools are closed but learning is not close as I am speaking to you, I am watching educational show on television.

Daddy I hope this letter will find you in good condition?
