Poem entitled: “Tarawih”

Is a night
So blessed
A night prayer
That make the sins wiped
Making the hearts free and bright

A night prayer
Different from other prayers
A worship
Different from other worship
Tarawih so unique

Tarawih so simple
Religion itself is so simple
Tarawih so valuable
Tarawih so notable
If man is humble
And pray Tarawih

For Allah sake
Allah will reward him
For his Jihad sake
But if you do it for people sake
You are just fooling yourself to fake
Like a colorful spoiling cake
Sleep sleep,
Can you take a break
And sacrifice your night for Allah’s sake?
Him Allah said;

“O you who wraps himself [in clothing],
Arise [to pray] the night, except for a little –
Half of it – or subtract from it a little
Or add to it, and recite the Qur’an with measured recitation.
Indeed, We will cast upon you a heavy word.
Indeed, the hours of the night are more effective for concurrence [of heart and tongue] and more suitable for words.”
