The United Democratic Party is shocked and saddened by the tragic accident which occurred today in the sister republic of Sierra Leone causing fatalities and severe damages to property . On behalf the National Executive Committee and on my own behalf we express our deepest sympathies for the great loss of lives and property.
I pray that all those who mourn are comforted by Almighty Allah, the Most Merciful and the most Compassionate. At this very difficult time for the people of Sierra Leone, our thoughts and prayers are with President Maada Bio and the First Lady. May they be granted the fortitude to bear this great loss.
