Sainabou Mbye and two others arrived at the Banjul high court for the hearing of the charges leveled against her and two others.
The Chief Justice assigned Justice Jaiteh to hear the case of Sainabou Mbye and two others. The case is expected to commence at @10:0 for mentioning and the accused persons will take their plea to either accept the charges leveled against them or not.
They are charged with Manslaughter which is a capital offense that attracts life imprisonment under the laws of the country. It could be recalled that Sainabou and two others were arraigned before the Kanifing Magistrate’s Court last Monday for mentioning but the case was transferred to the high court for lack of jurisdiction.
