The prosecution on Wednesday withdrew its case against Yankuba Touray and Fatoumata Jahumpa Ceesay commonly known as FJC.
They were
rearrested and released by the police and are facing fresh charges of interference and conspiracy.
They have each been granted bail in the sum of 1.5 million dalasis with two Gambian sureties.
The case has been transferred to the high court and hearing is set for 16th April 2019.
