State House, Banjul, February 22, 2020 – His Excellency, President Adama Barrow will leave for the Upper River Region next week where he will preside over the inauguration of key infrastructure projects.
Important dates for each event is outlined below:
1. Laminkoto-Pasamas Road inauguration – Saturday, 29th February 2020 in Pasamas (Wuli)
2. Gambia College Basse annex– Monday, 2nd March 2020 in Basse
3. Handing Over of Hydrological Headquarters – Wednesday, 4th March 2020 in Bansang
4. Sukuta -Jambajelly Road – Saturday 7th March 2020
President Barrow will leave Banjul for Mankamang Kunda on the 26th February and return back on the 5th March 2020.
All media personnel wishing to cover these events are asked to confirm their names through Sanna Camara, Media Officer by Tuesday 25th February at 12 mid-day.
