Ousainou and Amie Bojang pleaded not guilty charges

Ousainou Bojang, the alleged shooter of the Sukuta-Jabang incident, and Amie Bojang appeared in court today the 24th of September 2023 in continuation of their trial presided over by Justice Jaiteh.

N Faye and S Camara appeared for the state, Council Darboe appeared for the first accused person (Ousainou Bojang) while Farage appeared for the second accused person (Amie Bojang).

Entering a plea, Ousainou Bojang the first accused was charged with  5 counts

1. The murder of Sang J Gomez

2. The murder of Pateh Jallow

3. Prohibition of an act of terrorism

4. Attempted murder of Ancy Jawo

5. Grievous body harm of Ancy Jawo

Ousainou Bojang pleaded not guilty on all counts. Amie Bojang the second accused also pleaded not guilty to the accessory to murder charges.

Case adjourned to 30th October 2023.
