Families of AKI victims and 18 others VS Maiden pharmaceutical Clinic, Atlantic pharmacy, Antony General, Medicine Control agency, Ministry of health, today October 24, 2023 had their case mentioned by Judge Jaiteh of the High Court in Banjul.
Appearing for the plaintiffs were AK Saho, Loubna Farage and Y Senghore. The defendant team including A Gibba and co were all absent.
The motion of extension that was filled by the defendant team was stroked out with cost of D10,00 to the plaintiffs.
